pls i need help, my pc suite settings is disable and i can make any changes on the setting. it keep on telling me that only administrator can make changes on the setting. pls can anybody help me. i am connecting via bluetooth and i use vista o.s

i am the only user using the system with my user name. pls is there anyway i can log into the system agin as an admistrator ?
