Community site – open information exchange
i am connected to internet through direct ISP ethernet cable. i get "limited access" error in listen port, when i use p2p programs, due to which upload/ download rate is very low, while my usual net speed browsing is decent.
request help.

Which program gives you the limited access error?
Which ports cause problems?
