Razer Tarantula, 10-key rollover, and the secret codeSun, 2009-11-01 17:42 · Forum/category:I recently got myself a new keyboard, the fairly expensive Razer Tarantula. One of the key features of this keyboard is its so called Anti-Ghosting, which is more precisely described as 10-key rollover over USB. (k-key rollover denotes the ability of keyboards to correctly handle a situation in which k keys are pressed simultaneously, independent of the combination pressed) However, to use it, you need to know the secret code!

Windows XP dissapearedSun, 2009-10-25 08:55 · Forum/category:Hi, to everyone i write for first time and here is my problem: Before some time my laptop went down and the company which i bought it replaced it with a new one. But i kept the hard disk i had. When i plug the hd to the new laptop ( same specifications as the previous i had ) and tried to run Windows XP BSODs appeared either in safe mode or normal mode or even previous known good configuration. I know that the partitions are still in the hard disk and hard disk works well as i connected to a pc via a usb cable and managed to see my files.

keyboard error really was corrupted touchpad driver.Wed, 2009-04-22 22:27 · Forum/category:For about 3 months I tried to get Asus to fix what acted like a keyboard error on my Eee PC 1000HD/XP. The cursor (character position) would jump around with no pattern. There were never character errors (wrong character) just in the wrong place. I sent it to their repair depots in Indiana and Califoria. Each time it came back at NTF (No Trouble Found) In California they even replaced the keyboard. No change. Then I noticed that the touchpad was far more sensitive than needed. I downloaded a driver update from the touchpad manufacturers website and that fixed it. |
