I own Zenith Director Laptop, i have reinstall windows, unfortunately i've faced a problem. My problem is that, i cannot find the modem driver. In the device manager, it show "Modem device on High definition Audio Bus". Please can you tell me from where can i download this driver. My friend told me that it is motorola modem. I also check there website (www.zenith.com), but i cannot find the driver for this. please help.

That's the laptop manufacturer's responsibility. Normally you get all drivers from the manufacturer's web site. If not, you may have to ask their support.
Often a generic driver from the manufacturer of the modem chip works, but not always, as the laptop manufacturer may have made modifications. But the chip manufacturer has no obligation to offer the driver on the web site, so not all of them do that.
