Not Enough Server Storage

Mon, 2012-09-17 21:26 by LVE

I am running (3) PC's connected to a LAN. This has been working perfectly for quite some time.

All PC's are running Windows XP - SP3 and are at the same level

One XP is a desktop the other 2 are LT's and are connected via Wireless(doesn't make any difference if hard wired or wireless)

Desktop can connect fine with both wireless LT PC's.
Wireless PC's work perfectly communicating with each other.
Neither LT can connect to Desktop and get error referenced in Subject.
I also have Network magic installed. This was working perfectly. It just stopped! They say it is not the cause of problem. Using it or normal network connections produce same problem and error message.
I do use Acronis True Image 10, and uninstalling it has no effect.
I have used every combination of dWord fix up to decimal 50 to no effect.
I know of no other hardware or software configurations that I have installed which might have caused this problem.

????????? Dumbfounded!

Change IRPStackSize on the server

In your case the server is the desktop computer. Have you modified the IRPStackSize parameter there?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have tried every possible setting from low to high on Desktop.I have also tried combinations changing IRP Stacksize on LT's in concert with doing same on DT. Could not find anything that worked.

I will certainly advise everyone - play loud music - and post photos of the Dancing Girls!
