I have xp home, cannot get to the safe mode

Repair installation

Hi Fatiha,
if you cannot find the cause of the failure in Windows and cannot even reach safe mode, one possible recourse is a repair installation, which repairs Windows and gets it back into a working state most of the time.
How to do this is explained in the first article you see when you click on Windows Problem Solver at the top of the left menu and scroll down to the chapter "Repair installation".
